The Crystal Method Release Divided by Night
May 16 2009 | music

  RSS

The boys are back in time for summer. The Crystal Method, one of the few artists out there I still remain passionate about, just released their fourth studio album 'Divided by Night'. Featuring such guest artists as Matisyahu (great GREAT collaboration), Peter Hook, Emily Haines, LMFAO, Samantha Malones, Jason Lytle and Meiko, this album is packed with talent.

TCM members Scott Kirkland and Ken Jordan explain that the album was on hold for a bit while they finished construction on their own new state-of-the-art recording studio; aptly named Crystalwerks. Clearly they had all the right tools to compose in the studio as the album sounds amazing. Keeping their signature 'big beat' style while mixing techno, rap and the underlying rock and roll energy that can be heard and felt on their last few albums.

You can check out the video for their new single 'Drown in the Now' featuring Matisyahu
