Sideshow Collectibles Presents 'The Art Troopers' Project

During the 2009 Comic Con in San Diego, Sideshow Collectibles set up a booth showcasing a unique project for Star Wars fans. Using 12" Storm Trooper figures from the company's line of Star Wars collectibles, both in-house and outside artists participated in "The Art Troopers" project.

The Storm Trooper figures were used as blank canvases for creating unique, customized, one-of-a-kind figures that were eventually displayed at Sideshow's booth during Comic Con. Photographs of the collection are now online at Flickr and more info on both the figures and artists can be seen at the Sideshow Collectibles website here.
